On 7 December 2005, Beijing representative office of China Everbright International Limited ("Beijing office") received the approval of establishment by Beijing Administration For Industry and Commerce. China Everbright International Limited ("Everbright International") now has two representative offices in Shenzhen and Beijing respectively.

The function of the Beijing Office is to assist Everbright International in business coordination, business development and asset management in Beijing and northern areas in the mainland.
