The registered capital of the Company is US$10 million and it is wholly owned by China Everbright Environmental Protection Holdings Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of China Everbright International Limited ("Everbright International")). Mr. Chen Xiaoping is the Chairman of the Company. The Company is a vital platform of investment for Everbright International in hi-tech environmental entrepreneurial enterprises in China.
