On June 11, 2004, Mr. Wang Mingquan, the Chairman of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited (“CEH”), met with Mr. Lim Chee Onn, the Chairman of Keppel Group in Singapore, and his visiting group, in Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center. Both parties widely discussed the cooperation in such areas as environment protection, infrastructure and fund.
