Incorporation of Everbright Environmental Protection Industry (Shenzhen) Company Limited

Everbright Environmental Protection Industry (Shenzhen) Company Limited ("the Company") was incorporated on 13 March 2003, with the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal Government. The registered capital of the Company is US$10 million, and it is wholly owned by China Everbright International Limited ("Everbright International"). Mr. Chen Xiaoping is the Chairman of the Company. The Company will be a vital platform of investment and management for Everbright International to participate in the environmental protection industry in China.
