Everbright International Provides Entire Line of Equipment to Sichuan Herrel Group

Achieves Success Once Again in Equipment Sales and Accelerates Development of Mid-Up Stream Business

12 October 2014, Hong Kong – China Everbright International Limited ("Everbright International" or "the Group") announced that it has signed equipment supply agreements with Sichuan Herrel Environmental Protection Industrial Co. Ltd. ("Herrel Group"), to provide an entire line of equipment to Herrel Group's Guangxi Qinzhou Household Waste-to-energy Project, including waste incinerators, boilers, gas purification system, SNCR system and ash solidification system. The project will be the first external project of the Group to fully adopt Everbright International's environmental technology and equipment. The total consideration of the agreements is approximately RMB57 million.

Guangxi Qinzhou Household Waste-to-energy Project Phase I will adopt Everbright International's self-developed core technology for grate furnaces, which is designed to have a daily household waste processing capacity of 600 tonnes. Everbright International's equipment manufacturing center will be responsible for the supply of waste incinerators, boilers and other auxiliary equipment as well as the design, supply, installation, commissioning and technical servicing of the gas purification system, SNCR system and ash solidification system etc..
